Order Processing
- In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Customized items, including engraving or custom sizing, are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- Processing may take longer during major promotions or periods of unusually high order volume. We will notify you by email if this happens.
Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping, including to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, European Union countries, Singapore, Malaysia and other destinations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
These estimates exclude order processing time and customs clearance time.
International Orders and Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Import duties, value-added tax and other customs charges vary by country or region and are the recipient's responsibility.
Please check the import charges that may apply in your country or region before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned or held because the buyer refuses to pay customs charges, we cannot provide a refund.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to check delivery progress.
Delivery Problems
If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check your doorstep and mailbox and ask your neighbors.
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us. We will assist with a claim to the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment or return.
Any additional costs or losses caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer are the buyer's responsibility.
