1. Handcrafted Silver Jewelry & Natural Characteristics
- Handcrafted Details: Our silver jewelry is handcrafted. Minor individual variations in shape, size, luster, and texture are natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered quality defects.
- Material & Natural Oxidation: Our jewelry is crafted from 925, 990, or 999 sterling silver. Natural oxidation or tarnishing caused by exposure to air, perspiration, cosmetics, or perfumes is normal wear and can be easily restored using a silver polishing cloth.
- Product images are for representation purposes; individual handcrafted pieces may have slight natural differences.

2. Agreement to Terms & Eligibility
